My name is Leo and I play as 2k on KGS. I will have a look at your game and leave some comments to provide you with some ideas how to improve your game.

Summary:
In the beginning both players made some technical mistakes in the lower left and upper right corner. But overall the opening looks quite good. Up to move 38 White built a good framework on the lower side. And Black got some potential on the right (not that much due to the fact that the territory was still open) and a lot of influence on the top and left side (but many moves on the 4th line so not that much secure territory).
During the middle game White had to prevent Black from getting too many points in these areas. Sometime you missed that topic when you played for the center when it was more important to reduce the left side and upper left corner. Anyway Black made some technical mistakes and made it too easy for you to reduce the left side.
Finally the winning move in this game was move 142. After Black missed the chance to defend his group in the lower left corner White split the two groups and finnally killed Black's entire lower left side. This was enough to win the game by a good margin.
